VWgolf MK V - diesel losing power - willyb

Asked for some advice a few weeks ago on this issue.

Had the car into the garage and they told me the diagnostics indicated that the turbo boost switch was faulty. They replaced this and the car was fine for a few days. Took it back and they are now saying it is the air mass flow meter which will be covered by the warranty.

Problem is -the first repair wasn't. Where do I stand with this? Can understand to some extent as they replaced the cheaper item first but looks like they may have replaced a good part.

Have to say garage have been fine so far.
