I have just had my car delivered back from a Mazda dealer who was doing some warranty work and as the driver gave me the keys back i noticed a 12inch mark on my back bumper damaged down to black plastic, nobody was going to tell me about it, I had washed and polished the car the previous afternoon so i know it wasnt there when they picked it up. Spoken to service manager was gave me a story about checking for damage etc and doubts thay have done it but nobody checked when it was picked up and they didn't give me a sheet showing previous damage as they usually do. They said that it will need half of the bumper spraying and they will pay half of the bill. I don't see why i should pay anything as they damaged it and it will need a full bumper respray as half a spray job will look a mess. Has anybody any idea what my next move should be or anybody else had the same problem.
