They've got thousands of tyres in an enormous industrial estate unit.
The ones I bought (£15 each) were brand new (they've got those little moulding 'tails'), but I suspect several years old. I'll have to have a closer look in the light for the date of manufacture.
They've got sizes not listed in the link above, even some 165/70 12 that'll fit my Pride, so are probably worth a bell if you want something not listed.
I guess most of the stock is used, so you'd need to keep your eyes open.

Are you trying to get the OP to kill his nan?
There are plenty of reputable places which sell new, new tyres at good prices. Ring round a few, they will fit them as well.

A tyre quoted as a 155/80-13 is in fact a 155-13.The 80 is the std. depth/width ratio.
