Which van ?

Which van ? - stumped
looking to buy a second hand van, semi hi-top, 2k ish prefer transits as ive allways had these, but would like some suggestions , feeback about similar sized vehicles.

Don't, repeat, don't buy an LDV. Every single one that I have ever driven has been a big pile of rubbish. Obviously, I may have been unlucky and there may be some crackers out there. I doubt it though.

I'd stick with the Transit if I were you. Never experienced a duff one.

you wont get a lot for 2k
ideally do what the itinerants do and knock on a few company doors that have what you want and see if they will sell you that 250,00 mile wonder in the corner with the broken light

Is that what you would do bb?

I've noticed myself that a decent Transit is surprisingly expensive. But I suppose if you can source, judge and install second-hand bits you can work wonders for not all that much.

I just don't have the mad energy it takes these days. I live in terror of major hassles.
