Hiya
Seen autodata and such referencing a number like J4S and such. On mine i've got two plates under the bonnet - neither have a number similar (have chassis code etc). There is some rusty numbers on the engine block but no idea what they are.
Anybody know where the number should be?

IIRC it should be on the front of the block, in fairly high lettering.

Should be on N/S end of block-it will be on the plate at the front of engine compartment but that will probably only show two of the three letters.
