I seem to remember paying around £180-190 for a major service at a Ford dealer, but prices do vary. Ford recommend a major service every 3 years/37,500 miles and extra items that are changed (that aren't included at an interim dervice) include the spark plugs and pollen filter.
It's normal to look at getting the fuel filter changed around the 6-year mark, although your car isn't particularly high mileage for it's age - this may be included automatically if you get a 6 year service at a Ford dealer. If you go for an independent garage, then you might want to ask how much extra this would cost. The fuel filter itself is <£20 and fairly easy to replace.
