DVLA - Sold a car not heared anything from them

DVLA - Sold a car not heared anything from them - Rattle
I sold my car two weeks ago on Sunday and have yet to hear anything from the DVLA. I am worried that I may still be the legal owner. How long do change of ownerships take to process? Is it worth giving them a call or will they not be helpful?

I got a confirmation letter for my last one after about 2 weeks, I'd give it a couple more days, Monday or Tuesday perhaps.

The back of the new keeper suplement says that the buyer should contact the DVLA if they don't recieve the new V5 withing 6 weeks. Presumably the same applies to the seller when awaiting the confirmation letter.

EDIT: Just spotted it on the back of the V5C seller should get confirmation letter within 4 weeks, if not phone 0870 240 0010.

In my experience it is usually 2 to 3 weeks though.
