2000 2.0 16v inlet manifold removal - jellycream1

Hi guys,
I've got an espace that has a split exhaust manifold/catalytic convertor.I order to remove the manifold,it looks like I have to remove(in order) the inlet manifold,throttle body,heat shield above exhaust manifold,then finally,the manifold itself.All bolts have been removed from the front of the inlet manifold,and two from the rear,but it steadfastly refuses to come off,although it is free to wobble about...just not come away towards the front of the engine bay.Any ideas??
