Ford Fiesta (2002 - 2008) - 2005 1.6 Changing Stereo

Hi all,

I've just today picked up my new Fiesta and headed over to my parents to change the stereo, instructions in hand. However, it's all good and well removing the stereo but because of the three strips in the stereo/fitting on the car you can't fit another stereo? Do you need to buy a new whole surround for the stereo - buttons? The Ford bloke who sold us the car said we would be able to put any stereo in, but I don't see how it's possible? Can anyone help?

Have the fascia but don't see how it will fit with the three bits of plastic which make it appear that the unit is in three?
