Somehow a friend of mine managed to put the latch on the boot lock of my Laguna a couple of days ago, simple we thought, press the button on the boot (next to the number plate) and the latch was in open position again.
The problem is we couldn't get it to re-synch with the central locking. We tried all combinations of locking and unlocking the car with boot open and closed. Nothing! So now when i lock the car the boot stays unlocked.
Anybody got a bright idea of how to solve this?
Thanks.

i hope you have had success but if not then the same thing happened to my laguna (N reg)
to resolve it i had to take off the inner-cover in the boot to expose the locking mechanism and found the corkscrew plastic lever was stiff, so after adding some miraculous wd-40 and moving it a lot it freed up the mechanism then i put it back together (it simply unclicks from the latch)
it locks the boot now from the central-locking, but to now open the boot i have to insert the key into the lock and twist anti-clockwise slightly and push it in then it releases
a pain i know, but better than having an unsecure boot
hope this helped
