......if it did, they'd all be like this!

On account of Liverpool Street Stn being shut, wife volunteered me to drive her from Redbridge into the City of London (a distance of some 12 miles) My goodness , it took me just 20 minutes!

We left chez nous at 7:15am, every traffic light was green for me, every lane was clear for me, all of the idiots were still in their beds, no one to obstruct me in my mission to deliver SWMBO to a point 1/2 a metre from the beginning of the C Zone at Old Street Roundabout (Hey, I love her....but not enough to fork out for that. She had to get on Shanks' Pony for the rest of the route)

If only every day was Christmas Eve'.
