04 Skoda Fabia- rear electric window - Beaks
My wife has just phoned me, the rear electric window of her 04 plate Skoda Fabia has broken and has fallen into the door. Help. Any ideas. She is en-route to the dealer. Any thoughts.



No need to shout, can we try to help this guy, deleted the replies so far -( PU -mod.)

Just to ley anyone interested know. The Skoda have quoted £322 for a new electric motor. They reckon that the cable snapped and then the motor was damaged. I cannot believe this. The car is 3yrs and 2 months old. This should nt be happening surely. Anyone got any sensible suggestions ????

yes put 24/7 car spares into google and follow the instructions ( no charge to you for this service,i use them all the time)
you should get s/h for £70 plus independant garage fitting

Excellent, thank you very much. I have sent Skoda uk an e-mail a request that they get it fixed as a good will gesture, as the car is only 2 months out of warranty..
