M reg ford fiesta heating problems - phil101
My heater can blow cold air out no problem but when i turn it on to hot air there is water leaking into the drivrs foot well from behind the dash. i have checked under the bonnet and the water is definately coming from the engine coolent. any ideas whats wrong and how to fix it?

Sounds like the heating matrix :( Its not a major job but its still fairly expensive considering the cars value. Is the rest of the car in good working order?

Agree it sounds like the heater matrix. On an M plate fester I'd chuck a can of radweld in the coolant & hope for the best; this worked on my previous Omega for 18 months.

yea the rest of the car is running great this is the only problem cheers for the help il look into it see how much its gonna cost
