I had to replace on on the Omega a year or so back. Being the MV6, these are graphite finish Irmschers. Dealer wanted c £250 IIRC but I managed to find a new but slightly scuffed one for £110.

You'll find it difficult to find aftermarket alloys that don't use rings because it simply isn't possible to make wheels that fit all the different PCDs, hub sizes and offsets. Besides, I've run alloys on several cars that use plastic rings and never run into problems with them.

Expect to pay £50+ for a decent refurb (I'd avoid the 'mobile' refurbishers and go for one of the estabished companies). A genuine Lexus wheel would be £250 at a guess, depending on the diameter etc.
Keep a look out on Ebay - odd wheels do come up for sale, I've seen Lexus ones.

I don't know where you are alapppy but if you want one refurbing, I can recommended a great place in Prescot (near Liverpool) that will do the best job you've ever seen for 50 quid. Looking at some of the cars they have (355s, Merv SLs, M5's) it looks like other people trust them too! The bloke's a good mate of my Dad's though - but I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

If you are in the South East then I highly recommend BJV engineering near Hemel. Very competitive prices and a top quality service. They specialise in the refurb of all types of alloys. I used them recently to refurb my 16" wheels and the result is excellent.
