98 Vectra 1.8 16v full electric pack - Ritz-dog
Hello again, my indicators have stopped working and I have been told that the relay for these is part of the hazard light switch and so I'll have to buy a new switch. Can anyone confirm this or give me some other way of testing to find the fault?

Thanks in advance

There is no dedicated " indicator/hazard relay on these. There are 2 relays in the fuse box (usually yellow)that are timed to flash by the muti-function timer unit (slides into side of fuse box) which is also the timer for the hrw and wiper delay circuits.Do the hazard lights work & have you checked the fuses?Als try moving hazard switch in/out just in case there are dirty contacts.

Cool, thanks for this. The hazard's dont'work either so I'll start by checking the fuses and contacts.

Sorted! The relay is built into the Hazardlight switch (cost cutting I guess). Replaced entire switch for just shy of £16 and evrything is hunky dorry again. Thank you Haynes Manual
