I am trying to find contact details for a senior manager for Pentagon Vauxhall as I have a dispute with Masterfit in the deleted branch. The receptionist would not put me further than the service centre manager. Does anyone happen to know who I can escalate this issue to? It is regarding a warranty issue ... they said that certain parts of the car does not come under the 3 year warranty - but could not provide documentation for this exclusion... I am sure this is not a new issue for many here.
Thanks in advance.

If you don't mind me asking, what's the part(s) they've said doesn't come under the warranty?

Trevor Finn is the Chief Executive of Pendragon plc. Look for their website and write directly to him.
I have done this with other plcs and it usually gets a response.

I suggest you pay a visit to the web site for Companies House or one of the other web sites that allow searches for a small fee; these are easily found by Google.
The closest I got to finding out for you with thirty seconds of Googling is that Trevor Reeve was the Chief Executive of Pentagon (not Pendragon) Vauxhall in 2004, but no address was given: www.ugc.co.uk/press/product_press_release_2004_001...m
Googling for "Trevor Reeve" +Pentagon then brings three further hits but I leave further enquiries to you.

Sorry, read the company name wrong, but you get the idea from SjB. Companies House website may even give the head office address for free.

Loooks like its worth a try with Trevor Reeve at the Derby branch. Thanks.
The problem is really to do with the passenger door of a 3 door Corsa. It has never shut properly - looks ok after shutting it, but the sound of it closing clearly is not right and you can see it bouncing out a split second after shutting ... if that makes sense. Wife took it back within its first year and got fobbed off saying they adjusted it (she did not witness this) and it should be ok after a few months use as the car is still new and not "worn in" yet. NOw, near the end of its 3 year warranty, problem is still there and they refused to look at it for free. Their computer did not have record of first visit about this problem. They want £55 to look (not fix) at a problem which they never fixed in the first place, and is now blaming wear and tear which is "not covered by 3 year warranty". Funny how the same problem goes from being caused by "the car being too new" to "wear & tear". Vauxhall in Luton does not want to know saying "dealer's prerogative to charge inspection fee".
