Service Leeway? Toyota corolla - misterp
I estimate my car would be due for its first 10000 mile service in about 10 weeks time. However due to anticipated excesses in my routine mileage I will be cought between either getting it done about 800 miles early or risking going slightly over(will this invalidate the warranty?)
My inclination is to get it booked knowing it will be a bit early (so I can secure a courtesy car). Will this be ok with the dealer?

Different manufacturers allow different amounts of leeway. Can you post make and model so anyone with experience of that vehicles can give a valid response?

Thanks.

No real guidelines I don't think, but my Toyota Avensis had its 20,000 mile service 1,219 miles late and my 30,000 will be approx 700 late. Warranty still ok.
I think that most manufacturers accept that you can't time it just right, but also make sure you don't take the Michael.
