Kia Sedona 1.5 Diesel - May I have your views please - Steveieb

Been offered a Sedona .

2008 , 60 k miles FSH , one owner £1500

Understand it doesn’t have a DPF but the road tax is high ?

Looks nice but maybe “ All that glitters ?”

Not much on HJ reviews so I would be grateful for your views and opinions.

Ask yourself - do you do a high enough mileage to make a diesel worthwhile?

If so, then a Kia is as good as any, but the car's age rather than the mileage will mean that there are likely to be some expensive repairs before long.

You are right Elekie Doc it’s a 2.9 diesel but I’ve read the tax is a massive £420.

They’re a huge car for an engine that size to move. Are you sure they made a 1.5 diesel as it must be a serious slug and not very economical ?
