Hi,
I changed the battery in my car and now the stereo doesnt work.
Not much more to say really just quit working, wondering if anybody else has had a similar problem and what would be the most likely cause ?
All the connections are firmly and cleanly on the battery, just cant seem to figure it out!

is it the orginal manufacturers stereo? or a replacement? someone who fitted a new stereo may have wired it directly to the battery and you missed putting the connection back on.

Check fuses first, both in the fuse box and on the radio unit itself. This is usually at the back of the radio and will either be glass or blade type. Typical about 3-5amps.

The fuse on the back of the stereo had blown, i would have never known to look there.
