Citroen Berlingo 2017 - H4 Bulbs - Chris M

One of the headlamp bulbs has blown in my son's work van. I've a selection of old H4 bulbs in the garage so fitted one of those until we see what offers are around on 'brighter' bulbs as the Berlingo's are a bit poor. Surprised that ECP only list basic bulbs, even for the Multispace. My wife's Panda takes H4s so I looked that up, but still no brighter bulbs. ECP used to list them as I fitted Nightbreaker replacements previously.

ECP do still sell a range of brighter H4s, but any ideas why they wouldn't list them for a Berlingo ( and no longer for a Panda)? I would have thought they would want to upsell where possible.

Can’t see why this should be a problem . These are not used to a great extent these days , but plenty of older cars still around with them . An H4 bulb is an H4 bulb , there are no variations other than light output. Philips xtreme H4 available on flea bay .

That's my understanding, an H4 is an H4. I'm always a bit suspicious buying branded products cheap on eBay as there are (reportedly) so many fakes out there.
