Vauxhall Vectra C - Vectra c throttle body - sinisterspectre

I have a vectra 05 1.8 which has been diagnosed with a faulty electric throttle body. A new one is £470 so looking for a used one. My engine is a 1.8XE, will a throttle body from a 1.8XER fit my car?

No - around that time Vauxhall were using two completely different 1.8 engines - the smallblock Family I 1.8XE1 in Astra and bigblock Family II 1.8XE in Vectra, both later superceded by the smallblock Family I 1.8XER
