At a guess, the problem was probably caused by the 'Renault' badge on the back of the car.

In all seriousness though, it's impossible and pointless to even try. A poor piece of assembly, a programing glitch, electrical interference from an unshielded component ... or even something as simple as the driver not looking and checking the car's battery level and running out of power !

It could be any of those, or any of a hundred other possibilities.
