Peugeot 407 SW - Compression - shimsham
Changed my car today from a 407 1.6 SE To a 407 2.00L HDI SE,the 1.6 seems to have more pull and go than the 2.0L which is a 6 gears and 1.6 5 gears I thought the 2.0L would have more torque,is this normal

I assume these are both diesels, in which case yes the 2.0. should go considerably better. I would be inclined to check the MAF sensor.

Had it checked over this morning and there is a WARNIING SAYING DEPOLLUTION FAULT could this be the problem

"Anti Pollution fault" or "Depolution fault" is a generic warning message that covers literally dozens of issues. Get a Peugeot Planet diagnostic.

If you google "Peugeot Planet Map" you'll find a list of fellow Peugeot owners with the kit and skills and knowledge to operate it.
