Last night I went to get in my car, turned the key in the lock and nothing happened. The key won't unlock the door so I now can't get in the car.. stupidly there's no lock on the passenger door.

It feels like something's gone because now when turning the key there is no resistance at all. The strange thing is the key will still lock the car, but won't unlock it.

Luckily I left my boot unlocked so climbed through that way, so can still use the car until I get this fixed although it's not very graceful!

The other strange thing is that the central locking unlock button inside on the drivers door doesn't work either. So not only will the key not unlock the car, when you press that button, it doesn't unlock the doors either.

The strange thing is that the locking mechanism is still working, it's just the unlocking part that's gone!
