Chrysler Grand Voyager 2007 - p1130 fault coad - dan86

I recently purchased a 2007 Chrysler grand voyager 2.8 crd with 125k miles. It has full service history and the stack of paper work that came with it shows every little thing done including bulbs that have been replaced.

It has been driving fine untill last night when the EML came on. The car still drives fine and no lack of power. I checked the fault coad witch is p1130 and relates to fuel rail pressure. As said above it doesn't fell like anything is wrong. Does anyone know what it could be?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice offerd.

You need to remember a fault code logged may be the result of a problem, not the cause.I would start by replacing the diesel fuel filter.

There appears to be two fuel filter one in the engin bay and one in the tank I believe. Witch one would you suggest starting with?

If it is the model with 2 filters ,I would do both,as the rear one seems to get forgotten.

The light has gone out now I'm going to see how it goes for now but going through the paper work both fuel filters were changed on the 9/9/14.
