astravan 03 - foggy headlights - sparky100

Hi, just past the mot yesterday everything ok, but tester said the headlights are starting to fog over slightly, he mentioned that you could polish them up using toothpaste or similar to take the haze off. Never heard of this before. just wondered if anyone has tried it. Thanks. Sparky100.
