I've just taken delivery of my new Honda Jazz and have driven 25 mile today. I'm extremely upset that the seat position is so poor that I now have an aching back and legs, especially at the back of the thighs where the hard foam is pushing into my legs. It's as if the seat is too high even though it's in its lowest position. I had my previous Jazz for 9 years and it was the most comfortable car I have ever driven. Why do manufacterers have to change items which are perfect in the first place? Can I have the seat reupholstered in softer foam or remove the top inch off the surface of the seat? I'm sure this would help. I just know that I can't use my car for any but very short journeys at present.
