I purchased a new Lexus Rx450H in March 2013 and in August noticed a problem with the SatNav. As I was driving the satnav cursor began to diverge from my actual position in random directions by upto 400 metres, it did not follow other roads but just tracked aimlessly away from the vehicles actual position. When in guidance mode directions were not given from the actual location but from the cursor was located. does anyone else experience this problem? Lexus UK are baffled and do not have a fix.
