1999 s type 4ltr v8 - Sat nav fault - macduff47

Hi all, my sat nav has just stopped working, the i button is lit up on the screen unit, but there appears to be no power the the cd unit in the boot as it doesnt eject the cd when opened. Fuses in the passenger compartment are fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to Halfords and buy a £100 Garmin (or similar). Not worth spending £££££'s on a 14 year old car.

you are probably right but I was hoping it was a simple fix, fuse or similar
