Range rover sport L320 2008 - Hydraulic antiroll bar problem - Smeddy706

Hi all so I noticed what I can only describe as a bang from the front end of the car when I turn a right hand bend and it was diagnosed as the hydraulic antiroll bar on the front so I fitted a second hand replacement which stopped the banging for a week then it started again so fitted another newer second hand 1 and that stopped it for over 6 weeks but has now started again so does anyone know what could be causing it.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

This is part of the active Ace suspension system . Have you checked the hydraulic system for any leaks ? Is the fluid reservoir up to the level?

Hi thanks for replying the fluid is at the correct level and I have no leaks and I must say that the original 1 was leaking at the ram and the replacement I got also started leaking but the 1 on it now is dry as a bone.

There may be a problem elsewhere in the system. There’s a hydraulic distribution block and a rear anti roll bar . A knock at the front could be inadequate fluid pressure.

Again thank you for your reply and I shall have a good look into that and see if I can get to the bottom of it thanks again.
