Suzuki - Vehicle registered as cat c write off, but its not - JRH 18

Hi

Cany anyone help on this matter.

I am about to buy a motorcycle from a friend and just for my own records i did an hpi check. It came back as a cat c. It was recorded in 2010, my mate bought the bike before 2010. The bike has been basically parked up all the time hes owned it. Is there anyone i can contact to try and find out how the bike has got on to the register without being on the road. My mate has never made a claim on the bike.

If that is the actual HPI site then contact them, there is a link and number on their site
