So as in the suject line i have the O2 sensor issue, noticed there is a technical service bulletin on it, if it is a known problem does that mean toyota obliged to repair it? or do i need to pay? it's done less than 80k miles...

Warranties cover manufacturing electrical and mechanical defects. They do not cover components that have failed due to wear and tear. I notice that the examples they give are for an oxygen sensor that has a circuit fault. If this has occurred because of the way the cable was routed and has chafed on the body causing a circuit fault then I suppose the manufacturer could honour that as warranty, even after this long. But I'd be amazed if he would accept a warranty claim for an engine which has a considerable amount of wear, which yours would have after given its age and mileage.
80,000 miles is low mileage for a 12 year old car, and consequently far more likely that the engine has fair wear. The only good thing about low mileage is the digits showing on the odometer. This makes cars attractive and easy to sell due to buyer's lack of understanding of them. Low mileage means short journeys, and short journeys mean lots of wear. High mileage means the opposite.
Good luck with the dealer, but don't get too surprised if they don't accept the claim.
