I have third party insurance and was hit by a drunk driver - where do I stand?

I currently have third party insurance but I was hit by a drunk driver. Where do I stand ?

You need to contact either an Accident Management Company/Claims management Company that is regulate by either the FCA or CMR(claims management regulator).Or contact a solicitor.

It does not matter the driver was drunk, as long as he was insured, The insurer has to meet it's obligations under the Road Traffic act for third party claimants.
