Are the Toyota Aygo, Citroen C1 and Peugeot 107 identical?

We need a cheap small secondhand runabout with low insurance, road tax and running costs and for teenagers to learn to drive in. The Aygo, C1 and 107 are essentially the same car, but I'm concerned that 'lesser' brands may have lower expectations, and poorer servicing and maintenance by dealers. What is your honest 'trade' view?
