Is there a way of making my Skoda Superb's clutch lighter?

I have a Skoda Superb 2007 1.9TD. Over the last few days I feel that the clutch has gotten very heavy. I use it as a taxi and after a shift my leg is killing me! The car has only done 62,000 miles. Is there anything I can do to make the clutch lighter?

Might be a failing dual mass flywheel. Might be nothing more than a bent clutch release arm.
