Should I pay to repair my Peugeot 106's indicator after a garage caused an electrical fault?

Last year my 1996 Peugeot 106's horn stopped working. It was fixed free of charge when having some other work done as it was just a loose wire. It stopped working again recently, but this time i took it to a different garage who said it needed a new horn switch fitting. This was done two weeks ago. I've only driven the car twice since, and on the second time I noticed it won't indicate left - ie there is no clicking noise, no light on the dashboard and no light on the outside. Indicating right is not a problem at all. I think i am justified in assuming something went wrong when fitting the new horn switch, and therefore want the indicator sorted free of charge. Any thoughts?
