Recommend an automatic car with room for a wheelchair in the boot?

Can anyone recommend a good automatic for me? I am the main carer for my elderly mother, who is quite limited in her movements. We have a Renault Megane currently which is on its way out and mum can't get her legs up over the door lip easily, and nor can she push up with her legs into a higher car. I need a car that I can use for myself, as well as for taking mum to hospital. Space is needed to store a wheelchair in the back as well. I know previous posts have emphasised that all cars and people are different and to take her with me, which I do anyway when trying out. It would be nice to have a list of possibilities to start with though.
