My 2009 Ford Fiesta's 17-inch alloy wheels have all buckled - why won't Ford help with repairs?

I own a 2009 Ford Fiesta Zetec S with the optional extra 17-inch alloy wheels. I bought it in May this year and it was registered last May. When I bought the car it had a wobble on the wheels, so I took it back to the dealer and they rebalanced the front wheels. This helped but did not rectify the problem. This was in May. In August I had all four wheels rebalanced again, still to no avail. Today (31 August) the car went into Ford and four buckled wheels have been found as the cause of the problem. It is going to cost me over £700 to rectify. Ford and the dealer refuse to help, as they say that because I've had it four months they cant help me. Is there anything further I can do?

That doesn't surprise me in the least. The ride of a Fiesta on 17-inch wheels is ridiculously hard so the wheels will be very vulnerable to becoming buckled.
