Thanks to Nissan for excellent customer service when dealing with my X-Trail's turbo failure.

I bought a new Nissan X-Trail in November 2004 and subsequently read, with some trepidation, comments about turbo reliability. Recently, at 54,000 miles, mine failed and was repaired at a cost of £1600. More in hope than conviction, I wrote to Nissan. Within a week after ascertaining that I had a full service history they agreed to a full refund. My interaction with their customer service department was remarkable - they were chasing me!
