What cars have a high driving position?

I'm looking for a car to replace my 2005 Ford Focus and was thinking of a 2008 onwards BMW 5 Series. My other half would like something with a higher driving position. What would you suggest?

A Ford C-Max, Peugeot 2008, Peugeot 3008, Citroen C4 Picasso, Suzuki Vitara, Ssangyong Tivoli, KIA Niro, and that's only scratching at the surface of your choices.
