Where can I get a workshop manual for my Suzuki Alto?

I bought a Suzuki Alto through the scrappage scheme and am very happy with the car. Having an engineering background, I am interested in more than the normal information supplied in the vehicle's owner's manual. I have contacted Suzuki, who will not supply a workshop manual, and have been directed to their technical dept who are there for dealers and won't supply information to punters. Do you have any suggestions on how I can obtain a manual which has more detail?

Google. But no one will produce a manual for the car until it is commercially viable for them to do so. I would guess, since the car is built in India, it is a possibility that someone will produce one, though maybe not in English.
