Can I fit run flat winter tyres to my BMW?

You very kindly recommended run flat tyres for our BMW 2 Series Active Tourer a couple of years ago. The tyre size is 205/55 R17 91W. Please can you tell me if we can get run flat winter tyres in this size?

Pirelli makes run flat winer tyres. I was driving some today. 'Sotto Zeros' are the high performance ones
