Skoda Roomster with 160k on the clock - keep or sell?

I have owned my Skoda Roomster since 2010. It is powered by the 105PS 1.9-litre diesel engine. It is coming up to 160,000 miles on the clock. Do I just run it now until it gives up the ghost or sell now and get back whatever cash I can?
