Why does my Mazda BT-50 cut out in the mornings?

My Mazda BT-50 pick-up 3.0-litre diesel cuts out in the mornings, but restarts immediately after. The problem started about two months ago. I personally think it is damp or humidity getting in to the computer box, but am not sure. What do you think?

Rather difficult to identify, you may want to try putting a cover sheet over the engine overnight (remembering to remove it in the morning) and see if it makes any difference (i.e confirms or not the dampness issue).
