Odometer tampered with on a Land Rover Freelander II. What are my rights?

I purchased a 2010 Freelander II five months ago from a main Mitsubishi dealer.

Last weekend a transmission error was displayed on the dashboard, at which point I took it to a local mechanic. He ran diagnostics against the car and found another 12 faults.

The car is still under warranty so we I can get the faults fixed (apart for the fact that the warranty will only cover 50% of the hourly rate), but the most worrying fault to me is "odometer tampered with"!

What are my rights please? I potentially brought a car with a lot more miles and it wasn't as described when I brought it.
