Well firstly we would suggest checking he O rings on the fuel filter housing as they are know to crack with age, and as such could result in the P 1130 code.
If so then change them and try again.

Other than that the code also indicates the fuel pressure relief valve, and so would suggest that you get that checked out next. If still not working correctly then P0190 is the FRP (fuel rail Pressure) sensor, check for any corrosion in the connections before anything else. Again this might need changing but is dependent on the previous work carried out.
