Mini/BMW fitment run flat tyres - do they come as all-seasons?

I have a Mini Countryman SD auto. It has 205/55/17 runflat tyres. I need to replace the front tyres. Do I need to stick to a BMW fitment runflat or can I choose another runflat without the star? Also, is it possible to get all season runflat tyres?

Apparently Vredestein makes all season runflats. Michelin doesn't. If going all season you need to replace all four.
