Why is my 2002 Renault Clio smoking?

I have a 2002 Renault Clio II 1.5 diesel. I would like to know why it produces black smoke? We have replaced the turbo, which was faulty. While driving the acceleration decreases and lots of black smoke comes from the exhaust pipe.

It might be failed turbo oil seals, might be failed valve stem oil seals, or might be faulty injectors.
