Rusty alloy wheels - what are my rights?

I've recently purchased a two year old Mercedes-Benz SL from a local dealer. The car has 9000 miles on the clock and I have noticed corrosion on the alloy wheels. I have only had the car 10 days, what are my rights?

This is the law under which you can reject it. Your rights are much stronger if you bought it within the past 30 days: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
