Can I reject my rattling Skoda Octavia vRS?

I own a Skoda Octavia vRS diesel DSG, purchased new on 25 March 2010. It went to Skoda on 10 May for investigation of a slow speed rattle when the car is in second gear, and had the gearbox replaced. The car returned on 25th May. The rattle returned and the car went back to Skoda on 7 June. It had the gearbox and dual mass flywheel replaced, and returned on 21 June. Yet another rattle. The car was returned to the original Skoda dealer supplier, who found and cured the slow speed rattle by rectification work on the front left suspension. The rattle returned on 15 July and was confirmed by Skoda on 19th June.

Latest thoughts by Skoda are that I drive my car too gently and they would like to continue investigating the fault. I keep asking for a replacement vehicle, without recourse to the Sale of Goods Act. Do I now formally reject the vehicle before I allow them to do any more work? Or do I continue to allow them to try and fix it?

A rattle in itself is a relatively trivial fault. Not grounds that would stand up in court for rejection. A rattle that is a symptom of something much more serious may be. But the car is still sufficiently new and the dealer has failed to eliminate the problem, so you can start talking rejection.
